Cane is the outer skin or bark of the Rattan Vine, a climbing palm from the jungles of South East Asia. This is woven into rolls of prewoven cane or webbing, this may be cut, soaked and used on a seat or decorative element very easily.

Always order 1/2" more than needed on all sides.  A spline chisel may be used to remove old spline.
